Personal hygiene and cleanliness in preparing food is not to be compromised and taken lightly.

When eating out, do choose clean eateries. Failure to observe the basic neccessities will end up being sick with food poisoning.

GOOD HABITS CULTIVATED FROM YOUNG

Plenty of junk food are sold over the counters, school canteens etc. Parents should be alert and aware on the high risks that their children are taking each day. Most of these products are cheap but they pose health risks among young children.

It is good to recommend your child to eat fresh organic fruits and take fresh milk daily. Train them from a younger age. Parents who take care of their children well, will help these children to grow up to be good healthy citizens in the future.

HALAL-PLANTING ON SMALL SCALE

Nowadays everything are bought either at the Supermarket or wet market which is so convenient. Hardly we get to see families planting their own vegetables in the compound of their houses.
To be free from consuming vegetables sprayed with pesticides, we can plant vegetables on a small scale by using pots. Chillies, spring onions and tomatoes etc are good to start with. You may want to add on to other leafy vegetables in time to come. Not only it is economical but is healthy for the whole family.
